We are looking for a charismatic and skilled sales consultant to approach potential clients and inform them of our products and services. The sales consultant is also responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.

POSITION: Shop ManagerSCOPE OF JOB: Responsible for overall daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficiency and profitability.DIRECT MANAGER: General/operations manager WiltonDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Customer service • Hiring and training staff • Meeting sales goals • Supervise and train staff• Check in inventory • Store appearance and maintenance• Dealing with customers complains • Compline with the regulations of the company • Cost control • Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy work environment • Following organization standards and sanitation regulations• Evaluate performance of staff • Ensure high levels of customers• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance • Additional manager store duties as needed REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS • Prove successful experience as a store manager • Powerful leading skills and business orientation • Strong organisational skills • Time management • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Degree/Certificate in business administration and relevant field • English/Greek language fluently EXTRA SKILLS/ADVANTAGES • Russian/Other languages • Good knowledge of F&B industry • Hospitality background • HACCP Certificate
